Tax Analyst (U.S. Corporate Tax)

What you will do

• Prepare or review U.S. federal and state corporate income tax returns, including Forms 1120, 5471, and 8858.
• Analyze accounting information for branches, divisions, and corporations.
• Prepare or review tax workpapers and state apportionment factor information.
• Prepare or review U.S. federal and state estimated tax and extension payments.
• Prepare responses to inquiries from U.S. federal and state revenue agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Tax.
• 4+ years of tax and accounting or finance experience.
• Excellent oral and written fluency in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and other digital tools.
• Accounting knowledge and strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, soft, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• U.S. corporate income tax experience.
• Oil and gas industry experience.
• Experience with SAP, JDE, and Hyperion for analysis, asset tracking, and reporting.
• Experience with CORPTAX for analysis and tax return preparation.
