Location: Heanor, United Kingdom
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum, plus an additional annual team bonus.

What you will do
- Manage the remedials team in a fast-paced service and operational environment.
- Oversee the timely processing of new enquiries and incoming orders.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with other departments to improve customer outcomes.
- Maintain sales and job-management systems, monitor follow-ups, and track key-client performance.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 quality systems while meeting SLA and KPI targets.
- Manage team availability, conduct handover meetings and annual appraisals, and submit monthly department reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced service or operational environment.
- Familiarity with quality-management systems and ISO standards.
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-first and solution-focused approach.
- Ability to work from the Heanor location.
