What you will do
- Develop, implement, and maintain document control procedures and systems across power delivery projects.
- Manage document intake, processing, storage, retrieval, distribution, and tracking.
- Monitor revisions, maintain version histories, and archive obsolete documents according to retention policies.
- Coordinate document flow between project teams, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Administer document management systems such as SharePoint, Aconex, and EDMS.
- Generate document status, compliance, and workflow reports and train team members on document control procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in document control, records management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to support documentation for engineering drawings, contracts, reports, audits, and project workflows.
