Location: Buttonwillow, California, USA; onsite role
Salary: $22.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience

What you will do
- Manage and oversee movements performed by shipping forklift operators.
- Communicate expectations, assign tasks, and ensure standard operating processes are followed.
- Manage the shipping dock and support international loading capacities.
- Ensure compliance with safety operating procedures and conduct daily safety tailgates.
- Maintain documentation supporting internal programs and processes, including BRC initiatives.
- Monitor daily inventory accuracy and solve operational problems.
Requirements
- GED or high school diploma.
- One to three years of experience in shipping and receiving, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Completion of a forklift training program.
- Knowledge of shipping and material handling.
- Computer literacy and strong leadership skills.
