Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid role based in Mosel, Wisconsin, with on-site work required three days per week; travel up to 50%.

Salary: $89,800–$114,100 per year.

What you will do

• Lead supplier quality engineering activities and technical work across multiple projects.
• Manage supplier quality responsibilities for new product development projects.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and vendor teams to align technical and delivery expectations.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports, risk assessments, and change management documentation.
• Perform quality audits, identify systemic root causes, and apply problem-solving and continuous improvement methods.
• Develop and share supplier quality best practices, process lessons learned, and advanced quality planning concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology, such as mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial, or a related field.
• At least four years of relevant experience in quality or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, project life cycles, and documentation practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
