TL;DR
Senior Security Specialist (Security Operations): Supporting a global 24/7 security operations capability through real-time monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence assessments, and risk insights with an accent on emergency coordination, escalation support, and operational documentation. Focus on identifying emerging threats, strengthening crisis management integration, and improving procedures and resilience across global operations.
Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. The role includes day, night and weekend shifts in a continuous 24/7 operations model.

What you will do
- Monitor real-time security activity and coordinate incident response across a global 24/7 operations centre.
- Coordinate emergency responses, escalations and stakeholders during complex, time-critical security incidents.
- Analyse information, identify emerging threats and produce threat intelligence assessments and risk insights.
- Operate CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring and comparable security technologies.
- Support travel security, operational documentation, incident reviews and continuous improvement.
- Work with security leadership, regional security teams, crisis management, business continuity, customers and specialist security partners.
Requirements
- Experience managing security monitoring in a security operations centre, control room, command centre or similar environment.
- Experience coordinating emergency response, incident response and escalations across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience using CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring or comparable security technologies.
- Ability to produce accurate incident reports, security assessments and operational documentation.
- Experience coordinating customers, emergency services, operational teams or senior stakeholders during security events.
- Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, problem solving and clear communication skills.
Nice to have
- Security consulting experience supporting customers or business stakeholders.
- Experience using security alarm systems for operational response and incident management.
