A/P Intern

Location: Shanghai, China; onsite. Must be available to work at least 3 days per week.

Compensation: 120 yuan/day for bachelor's degree students or 150 yuan/day for master's degree students.

What you will do

• Organize and reconcile accounts payable invoices and vouchers.
• Approve expense reimbursements in SAP Concur.
• Verify data flows between accounting, procurement, expense reimbursement, and tax systems.
• Review standalone tax filing logic and compare offline and online automated filing results.
• Attend supplier meetings, summarize issues, and define follow-up actions.
• Support the accounting team in discussions of tax-related accounting treatment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or a foreign language, with a solid understanding of financial management.
• Basic proficiency in English and Japanese across listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, responsibility, and work ethic.
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week in Shanghai.
• Current undergraduate and graduate students may apply.
