How we count
We take jobs with a stated salary that appeared on Hirify in the selected period, both open and already closed.
The market depends on the region. CIS salaries are stated per month and international ones per year, so we keep these markets apart.
We show a median and a range when there are at least five jobs. With fewer, we show the amounts themselves.
Amounts are stored in US dollars and converted to rubles at the current rate, rounded.
These are salaries employers offer in job postings, not survey answers from employees, so they can differ from survey data.
