What you will do
- Become an expert on application features, configuration, and supported third-party software.
- Create, monitor, and prioritize cases and help tickets for timely resolution of client issues.
- Apply critical thinking to research, troubleshoot, and resolve Benefits Configuration and API connectivity issues.
- Partner with Benefit Implementation Consultants and Sales to provide system setup consultation.
- Design, test, import, and analyze data for the benefits system, including full data audits and reconciliation.
- Manage open enrollment projects and perform routine daily electronic banking tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a benefits support role, preferably in Tax advantaged plans (FSA, HSA, HRA, Commuter).
- Ability to analyze data for high-level problem resolution.
- Hold a High School Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly with Excel (import data, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical partners.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of EDI data mapping and transformation.
- Familiarity with data communication protocols such as SFTP and FTP.
