• Engage strategic partners to identify needs and implement custom technical solutions.
• Assess proposed use cases, requirements, and solutions for technical complexity and risks.
• Develop solutions based on XRPL and hirify.global's suite of products and services.
• Provide world-class customer service to partners, ensuring their technical needs are met.
• Influence the roadmap and product development of hirify.globalX to meet partner needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience working on technology solutions and/or development.
• Experience with open source languages such as Javascript, Java, Swift, C++, Python, Rust.
• Experience and passion for building on blockchain systems (XRPL a significant bonus).
• Proven experience in a customer service role within the tech industry.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
