What you will do

• Provide hands-on technical expertise and pre-sales support during the sales cycle.
• Architect and design hirify.global solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Act as a trusted technical advisor on security best practices and solution implementations.
• Engage with IT security, DevOps, compliance, and C-level executives.
• Document customer requirements and provide feedback to product management.

Requirements

• Mandatory French and English language proficiency.
• Knowledge of cryptographic security technologies such as SSL/TLS, SSH, PKI, and HSMs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including Windows Server, Linux/Unix, Active Directory/LDAP, virtualization, and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and toolsets, including CI/CD tools, Configuration Management (Terraform, Chef, Ansible), and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong communication and organizational skills for driving complex technical discussions.
• Good understanding of OIDC and SAML.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and deploying enterprise security solutions at scale.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2.
• Major Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKS).
• Additional spoken languages: Spanish or Italian.
• Prior experience in a pre-sales or consulting role within cybersecurity or identity security domains.
• Hands-on scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation.
