What you will do

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using out-of-the-box features, custom configurations, and custom code.
• Collaborate with development leads and architecture teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Implement end-to-end integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through refactoring, debugging, and optimizing existing applications.
• Support DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Flosum, and ANT Migration Tool.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce metadata API, ANT migration, and DevOps processes.
• Proven experience in API integrations (REST, SOAP) and working with tools like Workbench.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Front-end development skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BE, ME, BSc, MSc).

Nice to have

• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
• Background in Wealth Management or Financial Services industries.
• Experience working with data teams to load/export large volumes of data to/from Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Development, and software design patterns.
