What you will do

• Define test strategy and scope for ServiceNow features and releases.
• Write test cases, execute testing, and track defects.
• Plan and coordinate UAT, facilitating execution and issue triage.
• Oversee test environments and champion QA tools.
• Provide daily status updates and facilitate decision forums.
• Support standardization practices and drive improvements in QA processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of QA/testing experience.
• 3+ years of UAT coordination experience.
• Group presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with automation/performance tools.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (Compliance requirement)

Nice to have

• Experience with QA process development.
• Hands-on test automation script writing experience.
• ServiceNow testing experience.
