Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Forward Deployed Engineer (AI): Designing and building end-to-end user workflows, from UI to backend logic and data, with an accent on integrating AI-powered features (LLMs, agents, model-backed APIs). Focus on translating complex real-world processes into intuitive interfaces and owning features from definition to deployment.

Location: In-person in London. Visa sponsorship available, and relocation, visas, meals, and tools are fully covered.

What you will do

• Deploy to production immediately and own real product surface area.
• Create specs, figure things out, and build features end-to-end.
• Solve real problems, including UX polish, backend logic, and customer interaction.

Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React or equivalent).
• Comfortable building backend services in Python.
• Experience integrating AI systems (LLMs, agents, model-backed APIs) into production products.
• Ability to reason about complex workflows, not just CRUD.
• Must work on-site in London.
• Eligible for UK visa sponsorship or already have work authorization in the UK.

Nice to have

• Founder or ex-founder experience.
