What you will do
- Plan and execute monetization approaches for new and existing game features.
- Define the feature usage approach, economy alignment, LiveOps plan, and in-game communication for launch and post-launch phases.
- Plan and execute monetization tests for upcoming and existing features, including LiveOps-related tests.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Game Economy, Analytics, LiveOps, and Creative teams to support feature launches and ongoing optimization.
- Continuously optimize monetization performance in a data-driven manner to support company KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience working in monetization, product, or a similar role within gaming or a data-driven B2C environment.
- Solid understanding of free-to-play monetization principles and player behavior.
- Hands-on experience planning and executing product or monetization tests.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with data and KPIs.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
