What you will do

• Define and prioritize the product backlog with clear epics and user stories aligned to objectives.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and drive delivery of AI/ML products and services.
• Translate complex business problems into clear technical requirements for R&D teams.
• Partner across cross-functional teams to remove blockers and ensure end-to-end initiative execution.
• Advance AI/ML capabilities across supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, and GenAI/LLMs.
• Champion production ML best practices, data governance, explainability, and monitoring.

Requirements

• 6-4+ years in Product/PO and/or DS/ML roles, with a track record of shipping AI/ML to production.
• Ability to grasp both functional and technical dimensions of complex AI/ML systems.
• Deep experience in Agile delivery, backlog/roadmap management, and cross-team alignment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in cybersecurity, identity, or PAM.
• Familiarity with LLMs/NLP (transformers, RAG) and classical ML.
• Comfort with MLOps tooling and observability.
