Senior QA Engineer

What you will do

• Lead the testing team and ensure the quality of hirify.global’s products.
• Drive industry best practices for manual testing, test automation, and test management.
• Identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve product quality.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering teams for seamless integration with product roadmap.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and implement objectives and key results for the product quality team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development testing experience.
• Strong understanding of various QA Tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Test automation experience with test frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
• Experience with testing SaaS applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
