What you will do
- Lead the testing team and ensure the quality of hirify.global’s products.
- Drive industry best practices for manual testing, test automation, and test management.
- Identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve product quality.
- Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering teams for seamless integration with product roadmap.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and implement objectives and key results for the product quality team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development testing experience.
- Strong understanding of various QA Tools, frameworks, and technologies.
- Test automation experience with test frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
- Experience with testing SaaS applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
