What you will do
- Implement and continuously improve identity and access management platforms.
- Engineer, automate, and ensure reliability of IAM platforms in a large-scale environment.
- Collaborate closely with functional IAM specialists to translate governance and standards into scalable technical solutions.
- Take ownership over platform improvements, integrations, and automation.
- Act as a technical reference point within a specialized IAM team.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in IAM platform engineering within complex organizations.
- Strong hands-on background in identity governance and lifecycle automation.
- Proven experience with directory services and cloud-based identity platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
- Experience with access governance, certifications, and application onboarding.
- Familiarity with non-human identities such as service accounts and application identities.
- Experience with automation and scripting within IAM environments.
- English: C1+ required.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Zoetermeer, South Holland, Netherlands.
