We’re growing fast at Altery and are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to help us strengthen connection, clarity, and culture as we scale across markets. We already have a solid internal communications foundation — this role is about taking it further with energy, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership.

You’ll work closely with People, Marketing, Design, and leadership teams to bring our mission and values to life through clear, human, and engaging communication — both internally and across our employer brand channels.

What you’ll do
— Own and evolve internal communication channels: Slack, newsletters, town halls, leadership messages
— Craft and edit clear, engaging content that keeps teams informed, aligned, and inspired
— Support communication around company-wide initiatives, product launches, and change projects
— Partner cross-functionally to share stories about people, milestones, and culture
— Plan and deliver global team events and cultural moments across regions
— Contribute to employer brand and social content (LinkedIn, Instagram)
— Measure engagement, collect feedback, and continuously improve communication formats

What you bring
— Experience in internal communications, employer brand, or corporate communications
— Strong writing and editing skills with a natural, human tone
— Ability to translate complex topics into clear and meaningful messages
— Confidence working with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders
— Hands-on, proactive mindset and comfort managing multiple projects
— Genuine interest in culture, engagement, and people experience
— Experience in international companies
