What you will do

• Design, build, and continually improve products supporting millions of students and educators daily.
• Work on production code to build rich feature sets addressing complex problems in education.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, well-documented code with good test coverage.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
• Mentor and coach other developers to help them improve their skills.
• Leverage a diverse tech stack including Go, React, TypeScript, AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and MySQL.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional industry experience leading and coordinating complex features.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (Go, Python, Java, C#, C++) and writing high-quality code.
• Experience designing and building APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and microservices.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and SQL/NoSQL databases for scalability.
• Working knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS).
• Proven experience delivering highly performant and scalable features and great communication skills.
