What you will do

• Design, build, test, and maintain production-quality code.
• Repair and improve existing complex systems while minimizing regression risks.
• Collaborate daily with your team to create robust, performant, and maintainable solutions.
• Help translate team goals into clear, actionable plans.
• Participate in a support rotation during office hours to ensure seamless operation of live service games.

Requirements

• Expertise in writing code in C#.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture and best practices.
• Ability to conceptualize and troubleshoot large, proprietary systems and pipelines.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building dynamic/responsive web apps in React or similar front-end frameworks.
• Experience managing or mentoring other engineers or leading technical projects.
