What you will do

• Build robust test automation for PlayStation subscription services.
• Strengthen system reliability and ensure high quality across subscription experiences.

• Support sign-up, billing, renewals, and account management processes to impact customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Programming experience in popular test scripting languages.
• Good understanding of object-oriented principles.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and Python or Java.
• Experience working and testing REST APIs.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Must be eligible for co-op programs related to the University of Waterloo, Canada.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 features and modern browser architecture.
• Familiarity with version control (e.g., GitHub).
• Experience testing web applications.
• Experience with connected devices and IoT framework and architecture.
