What you will do

• Learn technical discovery by guiding customers to collect IT system data on Windows and Linux environments.
• Assist in analyzing "Core" and "Processor" usage in virtual (VMware) or Cloud (AWS/Azure) platforms.
• Support reconciliation of customer network data against legal software usage allowances.
• Draft initial reports clearly showing findings for both internal teams and customers.
• Solve problems related to missing data or how systems are set up using logical thinking.
• Collaborate with teammates to share learnings and help improve audit tools.

Requirements

• English: B2 required
• Basic understanding of Linux (like SLES or Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments.
• Proficiency with Excel and interest in learning how to use SQL or Python for data handling.
• Eagerness to learn new software tools and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ideally 1–2 years of experience in IT, data analysis, or a similar field.
