TL;DR

Benefits Client Services Representative I (Customer Support): Resolving client payroll and HR system challenges while fostering strong customer relationships with an accent on technical expertise and timely solution delivery. Focus on troubleshooting issues, prioritizing client needs, and providing guidance on HR and Payroll best practices.

Location: 100% in-office role based at our Rochester, NY location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.

Salary: $3,360–$4,000 per month ($21–$25/hr)

  • Maintain consistent availability and manage workloads to resolve client issues.
  • Champion clients' interests and collaborate with internal experts to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Prioritize successful and punctual solution delivery in line with client requirements and service metrics.
  • Leverage resources to source and validate answers and document issues.
  • Dedicated to personal and professional growth through continued learning and training.
  • Provide clients with guidance on HR and Payroll best practices and hirify.global products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant HCM experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, respond promptly, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Skillfully troubleshoot and resolve issues using knowledge and resources.
  • Strong team player with attention to detail and a self-starter.

Nice to have

  • CPP, FPC, APA, and/or SHRM-CP certified.
  • Experience in customer service or a previous client interfacing role.
  • Experience in a payroll and/or call center environment.
