Location: Remote, based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Must be able to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) from a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace with excellent internet connectivity.

What you will do

• Develop motion concepts and visual storytelling that align with marketing and product narratives.
• Collaborate with designers to develop storyboards and animation prototypes.
• Translate complex business use cases into visually compelling animations.
• Create and refine 2D animations in various styles and techniques.
• Edit live-action videos for social and web use.
• Maintain brand consistency and evolve motion design within the brand system.
• Present creative ideas to stakeholders and manage project timelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in motion design, animation, editing, or a related field with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in After Effects, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating UI animations that enhance user experiences.
• Ability to synthesize business objectives into visually engaging motion content.
• Excellent time management, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Able to work US core hours (6am - 5pm Pacific Time) from a dedicated, technically enabled remote workspace.
• Strong digital communication skills with an emphasis on visual and verbal clarity during remote interactions.
