What you will do

• Take on exciting engineering challenges to build and evolve reliable AI agent systems.
• Implement frontier AI algorithms and architectures, helping to productionize them at scale.
• Use the latest advances in machine learning, LLMs, and AI agents to enhance products and create user experiences.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and drive the evolution of engineering areas with growing scope.
• Write robust, extensible, readable, and performant code.
• Partner with subject matter experts across machine learning, security, product, UX, and customer success.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience designing, building, and improving production systems, ideally at scale.
• Ability to think and communicate clearly about complex engineering problems and systems.
• Comfort giving and receiving feedback, and holding yourself and coworkers accountable to high operational standards.
• Readiness to hit the ground running in a Mac development environment, programming in Python, Golang, and/or Java.
• Desire to ship at a startup pace with a high degree of ownership.
• Strong appetite for continuous incremental wins and completing challenging projects fast.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Experience building with LLMs, particularly in iterating on prompts, model selection, and cognitive architecture design.
• Hands-on experience driving one or more stages of a machine learning problem-solving lifecycle.
• Experience in AI fairness, privacy, permission controls, safety, and/or security.
