What you will do
- Define and deliver the AI strategy for Group Corporate Affairs (GCA), focusing on adoption and practical applications of AI agents and PowerApps.
- Partner with other teams (Platform, Digital, BMX, CDAO) to design and implement AI-enabled solutions and ensure clear boundaries.
- Champion AI adoption, support skills development, and drive cultural change within GCA.
- Lead the design, rollout, and integration of AI tools, acting as a strategic partner.
- Develop engaging education programs to build AI literacy and confidence.
- Stay abreast of market trends and represent GCA in relevant forums.
Requirements
- Proven experience driving technology adoption and change in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies (chatbots, predictive analytics, Power Apps, agentic AI) and their practical application.
- Strong background in designing and delivering tailored education or upskilling programmes.
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across various organizational tiers.
- Analytical approach, comfortable using data to guide decisions and measure impact.
- Creative and curious problem solver, able to translate technical concepts into accessible insights.
