Salary: £64,000–£92,000

What you will do

• Deploy and maintain reliable, high-performing ML models in production, including developing a framework for robust model lifecycle management.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs to serve ML models in production.
• Design, build, and optimise efficient ML pipelines for scalable model delivery.
• Support data scientists in improving model performance through experimentation and hyperparameter tuning.
• Strengthen the reliability and scalability of hirify.global’s ML systems.
• Enhance data preprocessing and feature engineering processes to boost model training and serving efficiency.

Requirements

• Excellent production-level programming skills in Python, including experience with software testing and knowledge of test-driven development.
• Proficiency in at least one ML framework (scikit-learn, XGBoost, Tensorflow, or PyTorch).
• Proficiency with Cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Azure).
• Experience in designing and deploying ML pipelines in production environments.
• Good understanding of ML principles, monitoring, security, and data preprocessing techniques.
• Familiarity with software engineering practices, such as design patterns, CI/CD, version control, containerisation, and infrastructure as code/Terraform.
• Strong communication traits, able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Hub Based - Hybrid for all, requiring office attendance at least once a week in Bristol, Glasgow, or London.

• Experience working with recommender systems.
• Knowledge of Kubeflow Pipelines.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
