What you will do

• Optimize user activation funnels by identifying drop-offs, validating hypotheses, and shipping improvements.
• Investigate mobile product issues using user feedback, crash reports, and behavioral data.
• Conduct user interviews, playtests, and qualitative research to inform product decisions.
• Prioritize and scope features based on simplicity, impact, and company goals.
• Improve game completion rates through design iterations and player motivation insights.
• Collaborate asynchronously with founders, engineers, and designers to drive product outcomes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in funnel analysis, A/B testing, and user segmentation.
• Strong experience with user interviews, playtesting, and qualitative analysis.
• Deep understanding of mobile product development and UX best practices.
• Clear, structured written communication for async collaboration.
• SQL proficiency (joins, group by) for data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, scope, and deliver product improvements quickly.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with crash reports and debugging tools.
• Experience with AI chatbots for user engagement.
