What you will do

• Lead UI art creation, including visual concepts, motion mock-ups, and in-engine implementation.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish the creative vision and provide direction to the UI team.
• Define and uphold visual standards, style guides, and pipelines for a consistent user experience.
• Mentor and develop the UI team, offering guidance and support.
• Collaborate with design, art, and engineering teams to solve complex UI challenges.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and bring innovative approaches to UI design.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UI/UX design for video games, including leadership experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with Unreal Editor and its UI/UX tools.
• Strong technical foundation in design and art tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Exceptional artistic and design sensibilities with attention to detail.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
