TL;DR

Junior Frontend Developer (iGaming, React): Developing and optimizing user interfaces for cutting-edge online casino products with an accent on performance, mobile-first approach, and scalable component architecture. Focus on implementing assigned tasks accurately, ensuring code quality through reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Location: Must join the team in Thailand and enjoy a flexible hybrid work schedule after passing probation.

What you will do

  • Adhere to task deadlines, estimate development time, and implement assigned tasks closely to estimations, ensuring cross-device and browser compatibility.
  • Track development time in official tools and prevent recurring production issues.
  • Learn and follow team coding standards, adjusting code based on feedback and technical arguments.
  • Perform daily code reviews, approve Git tasks, and understand the importance of code reviews.
  • Write simple, clear code documentation explaining chosen technical solutions.
  • Handle urgent production issues and incidents based on defined processes and SLAs.
  • Share knowledge and ideas, collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and the team to solve problems.
  • Assist testing and support teams with technical issues and share feedback/recommendations/lessons learned.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience with HTML and CSS3.
  • Previous experience in creating mobile-first approach applications.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and creating fast-performing interfaces using React and Redux.
  • Ability to work in a Kanban system with fast-switching priorities.
  • Experience with REST web services and/or web APIs.
  • Proven interest in testing, code review, and code quality.
  • Familiar with the software development lifecycle.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
