What you will do

• Work closely with sales directors, Account Executives (AEs), and Account Managers (AMs) during the sales process and throughout the customer life cycle.
• Provide technical product expertise, especially in integration, responding to RFIs, RFPs and helping customers design and lead Proof of Concepts (POC) to showcase hirify.global and its capabilities.
• Map customers' and leads' processes and tools to understand how hirify.global can connect with their existing process and turn their phone system into their productivity tool.
• Set up POCs with clients, providing technical and network expertise in pre-sales activities.
• Champion the product roadmap internally and externally with the Revenue teams and in conversations with prospects and clients.
• Build internal documentation on how to build these workflows and empower everyone within the teams with technical expertise.

Requirements

• You are thrilled by understanding customer needs in all stages of the sales cycle and you love going into the nitty gritty details of their use cases.
• You are curious but always critical.
• You live in the nexus between business, sales, and technology.
• You know the basics of at least one programming language (e.g. Javascript, Ruby, Go, Python, etc.) Understand the concepts of web servers and databases.
• You have a proven track record of managing complex projects and several stakeholders with different backgrounds.
• You already have previous expertise as a Solutions Engineer/Sales Engineer or you have always been the go-to-person for technical questions.
• Fluent in both Spanish & English
