What you will do

• Collaborate to solve complex technical problems in an agile environment with a small team.
• Architect, develop, code review, and support high-quality code and automated tests.
• Refactor and redesign existing code to maximize performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with Devs, Product, and QA to build innovative features.
• Provide recommendations and mentor team members to elevate the team and code quality.
• Take ownership and have accountability over modules and features.

Requirements

• English: Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing required.
• 5+ years of hands-on C# development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Angular/React and SQL Server experience.
• 2+ years of full-time hands-on experience as a Tech Lead.
• 1+ years of full-time hands-on .NET and Typescript experience.
• Expertise with unit and integration testing, TDD concepts, and software engineering best practices for SaaS products.

Nice to have

• Web API, MVC, and HTML experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.
