What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and execute manual and automated functional tests using Protractor and REST Assured.
• Execute non-functional tests (e.g., performance, scalability, security).
• Promote quality assurance within your team by owning the testing process.
• Participate in team ceremonies: refining user stories, planning sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Meet with the QA Guild team to share and experiment with new QA standards and techniques.

Requirements

• Hands-on, full-stack QA Engineering experience using automated and manual test tools.
• Experience with Protractor (or Selenium) for Web UI testing and REST Assured for Web Service (API) testing.
• Programming experience, preferably with Java and/or JavaScript.
• Understanding of the SDLC process and its application with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins and GoCD).
• Understanding of exploratory testing and when to apply it.
• Proactive approach allowing you to be self-providing, and a quick learner.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
