What you will do

• Demonstrate hirify.global's technical viability to AAA studios in North America during pre-sales conversations.
• Lead 2-4 week integration sprints to configure and optimize hirify.global within customer pipelines (Unreal, Unity, Maya, MotionBuilder).
• Provide first-line technical support, solving pipeline blockers and advising on retargeting best practices.
• Gather field learnings from deep customer engagement to directly shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the games industry as a Technical Animator, Rigger, or Technical Artist.
• Strong understanding of the full animation pipeline from motion capture to engine integration.
• Expert level proficiency in Unreal Engine, including Motion Matching, Control Rig, State Machines, and Blueprints.
• High proficiency in Maya and MotionBuilder, with a deep understanding of constraints, IK and FK systems, and retargeting logic.
• Excellent communication abilities, parsing meaning and expressing complex technical concepts simply.
• Problem-solving mindset for debugging broken rigs or failed imports.
