What you will do

• Lead the conceptualization, planning, realization, and production of innovative motion picture formats from start to finish.
• Develop and integrate storytelling techniques with creative concepts and scripts aligned with E.ON’s brand identity and objectives.
• Manage visual design and setup while operating audio, camera, and image mixing systems.
• Execute post-production tasks, including audio, color grading, music, SFX, subtitles, multi-camera editing.
• Create virtual sets using Unreal Engine and maintain equipment while driving technology development and portfolio optimization.
• Implement continuous improvement methods and foster cross-departmental collaboration to enhance visibility and overcome obstacles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator Video & Audio or similar role including camera operation and familiarity with sound, lighting, and other equipment on set.
• Several years of experience in scene composition, editing, audio engineering, animation and color grading.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs, Adobe CC Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator), Davinci Resolve and Unreal Engine.
• Excel in live multi-camera editing with strong skills in design and framing.
• Experienced in various editing systems and proficient in 2D and 3D graphic animation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international cross-functional teams and stakeholders (German and English).
