What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain core software components end-to-end.
• Own delivery of both short- and long-running initiatives.
• Ensure high quality through sound engineering practices and reviews.
• Lead and influence architectural decisions aligning with business goals.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, translating technical and non-technical perspectives.
• Support and mentor fellow team members.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Proven track record of ownership of complex technical solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects or acting as a technical lead.
• In-depth knowledge of Java.
• Strong understanding of software architecture.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
• Cloud-native application architecture experience.
• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
