Location: Onsite in Bucharest, Romania or Colombo, Sri Lanka

What you will do

• Lead technical delivery for medium to large-scale functional or technical projects.
• Guide the team through requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, build, and deploy processes.
• Ensure the quality of software through testing and static/dynamic code analysis.
• Configure, automate, and maintain continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines.
• Play various SDLC roles, including Scrum Master and Architect Owner.
• Provide line management, mentoring, and career development support to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or a similar technical field.
• At least six years’ experience, with 2+ years in a similar capacity on C++ technologies.
• An analytical mind and the ability to learn both the business and technical aspects of financial markets.
• Hands-on experience in cloud technology, different open source technologies, and their integration.
• Thorough understanding of the full SDLC and related tools.
• Working proficiency in verbal and written English (B2 required).

• Interest and skills in automation and DevOps tools.
