What you will do

• Schedule and deliver training sessions on various topics such as customer service, product knowledge, and company policies.
• Facilitate training sessions, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, and adapting delivery methods.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement necessary improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
• Assist the team by creating training materials for classroom and eLearning modules.
• Support the onboarding of new employees and the ongoing development of existing staff members.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Learning and Development delivery role.
• Excellent training and facilitation skills, with an understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other software to deliver high-quality materials.
• Product knowledge across Banking and Savings within retail banking.

Nice to have

• TAP training qualification or similar.
• CIPD Level 3 in Learning & Development.
