What you will do

• Plan and deliver engaging online lessons via live streams, interacting with students and answering questions.
• Prepare all course materials including curriculum plans, lesson plans, presentations, and homework.
• Create engaging educational content for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team on innovative ad campaigns.
• Communicate with students and parents to refine services.
• Support the Co-Founders in various company initiatives.

Requirements

• Hold a degree (or higher) in English or a related field, achieving a 2:1 or above.
• Achieved top grades at A-level, achieving A/A* in your subject at A-level.
• Are willing to work in London (we are willing to consider a hybrid working model for outstanding candidates).
• Have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience and QTS.
• Have experience teaching OCR/ AQA english at A-level.
• Authorised to work in the United Kingdom
• Are willing to develop your personal brand on social media.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driven to develop personally, contributing to a transformative educational venture.
