What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Atlassian solutions across Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, and Assets.
• Act as the Atlassian platform architect, ensuring best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
• Build and optimize workflows, automations, SLAs, request types, and ITSM processes.
• Implement and support integrations with third-party systems.
• Leverage AI-driven capabilities (including Rovo Agents) to enhance automation and decision-making.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and enablement to administrators, developers, and support teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Java Developer for 4+ years.
• Experience administering and developing within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management (requests, SLAs, automation, Assets).
• Experience designing and implementing complex workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• English: Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have

• Experience acting as a platform SME or technical lead.
• Knowledge in leveraging AI features within Atlassian (Rovo Agents, intelligent automations).
• Experience with Atlassian Forge, REST APIs, or ScriptRunner.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service maturity models.
