What you will do

• Get involved with the most strategic deals and enable field sales, account, and partner teams.
• Partner closely with the sales team and collaborate with product and marketing to influence roadmap and messaging.
• Lead workshops and executive meetings for customers and prospects.
• Present at virtual webinars, summits, and physical events.
• Create and deliver standardized and custom demos and deep dives, building collateral for agentic automation.
• Design and demonstrate agentic orchestration scenarios showcasing multi-agent collaboration and autonomous decision-making.
• Occasionally assist with review and responses to Requests for Information, Proposals, or Quotes (RFI, RFP, or RFQ).
• Provide active feedback, guidance, and delivery of training and enablement.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in enterprise software sales, pre-sales, consulting, or business development, preferably with hirify.global background or AI solutions.
• Experience with enterprise software products and solutions.
• Exemplary communication skills, with a history of success in educating.
• Ability to articulate the value proposition of agentic process automation versus traditional RPA.
• Experience with orchestration patterns, including agent coordination, state management, human-in-the-loop workflows, and multi-agent collaboration strategies.
• Must be based in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Understanding of BPM methodologies (BPMN 2.0, process mining, task mining) and ability to map business processes to agentic automation workflows.
