Project Manager (Gamedev)

Project Manager (Gamedev): Responsible for planning, implementing, and tracking a specific part of a game project with an accent on ensuring optimal working conditions for teams and achieving production objectives. Focus on strategic and tactical planning, progress monitoring, risk identification, and stakeholder liaison within the game development lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria. Working within the Bulgarian boundaries is required.

What you will do

• Take ownership of specific parts of the game in terms of production and communication.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning, overseeing planning and progress.
• Monitor progress, forecast potential deviations, and provide regular follow-ups to stakeholders.
• Participate in quality reviews to ensure work meets project standards.
• Identify and analyze risks, suggest solutions, and monitor their implementation.
• Act as a liaison between project stakeholders to ensure aligned and effective activities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous experience in project & people management.
• Ability to create project planning for a team/task and produce regular reports.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility and build strong working relationships.
• Excellent command of English.
• Interest and desire to work in the video game development industry.
