What you will do

• Ensure all team Agile ceremonies are facilitated to a high standard.
• Support the team in completing robust, realistic, and achievable plans, driving towards sprint goals.
• Facilitate the identification, mitigation, and resolution of risks and impediments.
• Introduce and manage metrics to monitor team performance, health, and highlight areas for improvement.
• Facilitate effective retrospectives to gain open and honest feedback for continuous improvement.
• Utilise coaching and mentoring to empower self-organising teams, embracing change and effective collaboration.

Requirements

• Expertise in Agile methodologies and skilled in sprint events and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Program Increment Planning and problem-solving.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and risk management.
• Proficient in OKR strategy and Agile development.
• Advanced in KPI/metric monitoring.
• Experience with microservices and SOA.
• Awareness of security best practices (OWASP).
