What you will do

• Work as a full-stack engineer on growth-critical product surfaces, including onboarding, activation, and retention.
• Build and iterate on onboarding flows, in-product guidance, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Design and implement systems around billing, payments, plans, usage, and monetization.
• Develop internal tools and experiments to support go-to-market efforts and growth analytics.
• Work on product propagation through documentation, website features, blog infrastructure, and developer education.
• Collaborate closely with product and business to identify friction points, growth opportunities, and high-leverage improvements.

Requirements

• Based in the USA.
• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with strong hands-on coding skills.
• Very comfortable with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern web stacks.
• Strong empathy for customers, with a clear interest in business, growth, and product adoption.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Able to prioritize effectively and operate autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment.
