What you will do

• Be an expert on the hirify.global Retail Media product from a technical perspective.
• Support internal teams in technical integration of new clients via Jira tickets.
• Test and troubleshoot the client’s implementation while providing feedback to the client via internal teams.
• Review, optimize, and analyze active campaigns and suggest enhancements in the existing integration to improve the configuration.
• Identify bugs, report them, and work close to our escalation and R&D teams on their resolution.
• Participate with the wider global team to improve and develop new tools and processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both spoken & written.
• Engineering or technical background with a computer science related degree.
• Experience in understanding & reviewing code in HTML, JavaScript, APIs and Chrome Developer Tools with experience of 2-4 years.
• Problem-solving and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Team oriented and open to provide and receive feedback.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
