Salary: $130,900–$194,700 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Develop a strong technical understanding of hirify.global’s Cloud data management and storage solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the product development cycle, including design, development, test automation, debugging, and customer issue resolution.
• Monitor, analyze, and measure system health, availability, and latency using Google native tooling, implementing improvements.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex security issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and performance requirements.
• Engage in incident management and resolve issues within agreed SLAs/SLOs, participating in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development and cloud engineering.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python with deep insights into OS, Filesystems, and Kernel levels.
• Strong operational knowledge in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or OCI).
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, services, and best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
