What you will do

• Lead technical test automation efforts and coach non-technical team members.
• Drive the functional and non-functional test automation in various projects/programs.
• Manage project test activities and align them with internal Quality Engineering practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality, testable code.
• Provide support for Roadmap items and Deployment Test Automation efforts.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in Python/Javascript programming language.
• Experience working with multiple test automation tools and frameworks such as Cucumber, Pytest, Playwright, or Locust.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD environments, containerization, test infrastructure, and platforms.
• English: B2 level or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Intermediate SQL skills, including the ability to create complex SQL queries.
• Performance load testing experience, including analyzing test results.
• Experience with cloud-based and local databases (e.g., AWS RDS, Oracle, Postgres).
