What you will do

• Build, mentor, and grow a team of analytics engineers, collaborating with finance, CX, HR, compliance, and data science teams.
• Architect and lead core data modeling initiatives, ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-impact data foundations.
• Create and enforce rigorous testing, monitoring, and validation frameworks to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Develop deep domain expertise in finance, CX, HR, compliance, and product data to build targeted data marts and tools.
• Investigate and leverage AI/LLMs to build data foundations optimized for AI-driven analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to maximize data impact by building scalable models and optimizing pipelines.
• Oversee the creation of dashboards, ad-hoc analytics, and self-service tools to empower data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Experience hiring and managing data teams, including managers, and inspiring talent growth.
• Expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT, and modern data stack tools (e.g., Airflow, DBT, Snowflake, Hex).
• Proficiency with engineering best practices including version control (GitHub), CI/CD, OOP, and advanced SQL.
• Strong statistical foundation and understanding of probability for effective data interpretation.
• Experience partnering with customer support and compliance teams to build data solutions.
• English: B2+ proficiency.
