What you will do

• Define and lead a bold, long-term vision and strategy for AI-powered platform capabilities and API experiences for the third-party (3P) ecosystem.
• Provide product thought leadership by identifying partner and developer needs through deep customer insights, ecosystem feedback, and market research.
• Identify and incubate new platform opportunities informed by customer and partner research, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
• Leverage AI to enable personalized, proactive, contextually relevant experiences.
• Partner closely with design, engineering, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable, high-quality platform experiences.
• Take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plan, progress and success.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management experience with a track record of building platforms and APIs at scale.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies (e.g., agentic systems, LLMs, ML platforms) and API / developer platform architectures.
• Strong track record of delivering platform capabilities for external developers or partner ecosystems.
• Strong architecture and system thinking, able to partner credibly with engineering teams.
• Proven success driving cross-organizational initiatives and aligning multiple product teams towards shared outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
